If your account or access is provided by your employer or another organization that is a Sevvy customer, we may need to coordinate with that organization before processing your request. We may request additional information to help verify your identity and protect your data from unauthorized deletion requests.
Once we have verified your request, we will delete your Personal Data from our active systems within a reasonable period of time, subject to any legal or contractual obligations that require us to retain certain information (for example, for record-keeping, audit, or compliance purposes). Where required by law, we will also take reasonable steps to notify relevant service providers of your deletion request.
Please note:
